DENVER (KDVR) -- A man was arrested for a road rage incident in Wheat Ridge on Monday where he allegedly drove up to a vehicle and fired a gun three times.Police said the incident started on Kipling Street at around 10:10 p.m.A couple called 911 and said a silver Ford truck drove up next to them and they heard three loud gunshots. (KTXL) -- Daniel Serafini, the former Major League Baseball player arrested in connection with the shooting of a Lake Tahoe-area couple in 2021, appeared in court for the first time Tuesday to face the charges against him.Serafini stepped into the courtroom in Placer County, California, wearing an orange jumpsuit and shackles. ITHACA, N.Y. (WSYR) -- A 21-year-old Cornell University student was charged Tuesday for allegedly making violent threats against the school's Jewish community, authorities said. Patrick Dai, 21, a junior from Pittsford, New York, was arrested on a federal criminal complaint charging him with posting threats to kill or injure another using interstate communications, according to United States Attorney Carla B. Freedman.
