Brother of former Lakers star Michael Cooper found fatally shot in Southern California park A man was shot and killed at a Pasadena park on Saturday, Nov. 18, and was identified Sunday as the brother of former Los Angeles Lakers player Michael Cooper.Around 4 a.m., the victim was shot at Washington Park, in the 700 block of East Washington Boulevard, according to the Pasadena Police Department. The man was pronounced dead at the scene and no suspects had been arrested as of Sunday afternoon.Former Lakers star Michael Cooper confirmed to ABC7 that his brother Mickey Cooper was the victim of that shooting. Man hit, killed by suspected drunk driver while walking on I-70 DENVER (KDVR) — A pedestrian was hit and killed by a driver in the area of Interstate 70 and Interstate 225 Sunday morning.According to the Denver Police Department, officers were investigating a deadly crash in Aurora involving multiple motorists. The department tweeted about the crash at 3:16 a.m. Sunday. At the time, DPD said one motorist was pronounced dead.
